Has anyone found the third one yet? I've been hovering around the locations for over 1 hour and I have not found the wizard yet. Would love to get the new voice pack but this time wasting is extremely frustrating..

I have never found it, but in the comments above people say two of the locations are in the dunes and near Gunbarrel. I went to every location from the Youtube video, but I did not find him anywhere. I am asking if anyone knows the third location, because it wastes less time to travel to 3 locations than it does to 10-15.. :x

I've gone to every location people have said, even before the update and never once found the wizard.

So basically you can go to each location and he MIGHT be there. What a fantastic way to get the things you paid for.

So ..they've drastically cut down the amount of locations this wizard might be at, but not told us where exactly the locations are. I'll probably be spending another 10 to 20 hours finishing up all the little things on the map (while leaving that final main story mission that came so damn fast) - and hopefully, by chance i MIGHT find him.

Never mind, after finally finding the "cheats" menu which appeared out of nowhere i decided to try the voice pack on there only to find it speaks over dialogue incessantly and sometimes without context. It's quite annoying really.
