How to purchase Rise of the Ghosts DLC

We've getting some questions about how to actually purchase the Rise of the Ghosts DLC. In order to buy the expansion, players can download it from the in-game store for 1500 RAGE Coins ($15). Players can also download the Digital Deluxe Upgrade for 2000 RAGE Coins ($20)--which includes the DLC, as well as:

-DOOM BFG weapon
-Wasteland Wizard Cheat Codes
-Battle Standard
-Progress Booster

In order to purchase the Rise of the Ghosts expansion through either option, you need be online and logged into/linked to your Bethesda Net account.

Shame. I'd like to buy the DLC via Steam, with real money, as you do with pretty much any game on here. It's put me off having to register an account with yet another site, then buy in-game cash to then be able to purchase the DLC. Come on get it sorted and on sale through Steam properly... as long as the price doesn't get hiked up.

I was interested in the DLC (with a reduced price tag) but I specifically circumvented the creation of yet another account. Luckily there are some alternatives coming to Steam this month.

I already have the deluxe/DLC but I must say this is terrible. Tying all this stuff to Bethesda accounts instead of Steam is not only causing a LOT of problems (as the forums show, everyday), but it puts us at the mercy of Bethesda who will eventually pull the plug. This is completely insane.

Or as you say, we can get the deluxe edition for another amount of coins you don't actually sell. I wish I knew this was gonna happen before so I wouldn't have looked forward to the dlc. They should drop the Rage Coins option and let users buy it the normal way.

But it doesn't matter at this point since the game didn't sell. User numbers never peaked over 500-600 on a good day.

Hope you guys soon can fixed that some "Known Issues". I very enjoy the new content. But bug still need to fix, Like "weird sound" problem in Overgrown city, And enemy stuck in some building and ground. Wish in future can get more content like that. Love the game so much.

I brought the digital deluxe version of this game on steam, yet the ingame notification to start the DLC has not popped up.

The ingame store still asks me to buy the DLC. what is going on here.

Please fix this ASAP.

Same crap here. Bought the Digital Deluxe Pack but no matter what I try, the damn thing won't pop. Seriously? Neither Rise of Ghosts or the BFG 9000 are showing up.

And of course you can't actually buy 1500 rage coins, either 2500 or 1100+500, and the left-over coins expire after 180 days. It's like they don't want people to buy this or something. /shrug

On top of that, you have to install the DLC (18 GB) even if you don't want to buy it. I'm uninstalling the game now.
