"The ruined shaft" puzzle and my theses thus far (Not yet discovered easter egg/secret)

**If you've aready completed "The ruined shaft" crusher nest objective you will find out how to give it a go in the bottom.

_Thesis 1:_ - _"Newton's CPC"_ (Celebrated Phenomenon of Colours)
Observational data relevant to the thesis is needed first.
_Visual_ data: Below a bridge right before you reach the nest tunnel entrence you have to pass a narrow bridge. Under the brige you will find these: https://i.imgur.com/0A755Ut.jpg (imgur uploaded screenshot).
_Description of Visual Data:If you can't see the screenshots, it's a photo taken of the narrow bridge from the side, depressed by roughly twice the height of Ranger Walker's person. Below the bridge hangs four symmetrically spaced, both in elevation (from the lowest point of the visually determinable point of reference) and laterally. They all have colors/colours that often is unique for each egg. One of the eggs have two connections of tissue, one latched to the wall and one hanging from the bridge, like the rest of the eggs.
Thesis - A possible solution to the puzzle might lie in colors as it relates to order in the colourspectrum since the eggs have some strikingly sequential colors when numeric values in sequential order is given the subjects (eggs). The fact that one, and only one, is secured with two latches even though it isn't closest to the wall of the two closest to the wall in question. Unless it's randomly generated it makes more sense that those close to the wall would be latched to it, if any. This could be an indicator to what egg represents the lowest or highest order in the theoretically designated number sequence. This is very fitting since that is also a categorization used in CPC. If manipulated (gravitationally (Weapon needed), thermally (like Fire) kinetic (any projectile) , electromagnetically (Unique, or rather uniquely effective out of the weaponry available) and Theistically which is unique for being the only weapon based on forces not discovered, although most probably not existing in our world.

Our world isn't a very good reference since this is not a simulation of the world as we know it. However in most idea software games thus far demonic and alien powers have been largely responsible for powers previously unknown to the world the games represent a metaphorical parallel to. Doom, for instance, is competely relying on the existance of theological claims and it goes one step further by defining elements of alien beings and forces as "evil" and "demonic". This gives us an idea about the duality of which religious realm of ideas the game is afflicted by. Since Satan is based on Gilgamesh and pagan religions but not referred to in terms used by sekts practicing Christianity (before or in close proximity to Rome's public announcement that it would be a (Roman-Chatolic) Christian empire. Later RC as we know it.

Thesis II still TBD, give it a go and if you have a theory or idea that relates to knowledge or suggestions about this particular puzzle.

** If you've already completed it [crusher-nest type objective] but far from completing the game, you will likely not find this intereting since you won't be able to partake in attempts to solve the puzzle. However if you belong to those that just started playing the game, a NG+ game or have
finished the game, thus making you susceptible to give it a go trough NG+ ( New Game+ feature (It's worth it if you haven't reached prestige level or recieved some very platinoids-rich gifts).

I know its been a while but i have also just found these eggs and after searching online this post seems to be the only information on them. Did you have any luck in finding out anything? I have also posted to reddit to hope to get help there

I am here right now. I want to figure out what is significant with these mutant eggs. I noticed when I shot a couple nothing seemed to come out. As I continued to shoot them I saw some feltrite fall to the ground. I jumped over to pick up the feltrite but died. I'm there now with this area saved. Trying different combinations.

I just noticed that the eggs change color every 5 seconds.

They are not a puzzle. I found the exact configuration in another sewer area.
