Its only dead when players stops playing it, or when the servers are down for good.
And since they not gonna stop with the game for a long while, because of the new seasons they made, its gonna be atleast 2 or 3 years or more, before they gonna end the game.
So either learn what is a dead game, or atleast say you bored of the game, and go play something els, kindly.

Pretty sure its just a troll trying to farm some quick clown points. They care more about meaningless cosmetic stuff they're getting on their Steam profile rather than acting like a normal human being, don't expect anything meaningful to come out of their mouths.

Don't think its gonna happen but Valve should just remove the whole clown award because it unfortunately encourages people like these.
