Prolly not for awhile and it'll prolly be the last set of primaries/secondaries we get.

The guns in DRG are really more like 3-4 guns per gun, due to mods, overclocks, frameworks, and skins. It takes a lot of dev work to make a new gun in DRG compared to a game like Call of Duty.

not for a long time if ever

lots of works has to go into each weapon, frameworks, paintjobs, mod tree, animations, OCs, balance, etc so new weapons are unlikely to be seen again

new OCs though might happen, that'd be nice

DRG went for quality > quantity.

At least for the weapons themselves. They did make a large quantity of overclocks, some possessing low quality.

New overclocks/perks/weapon modifications/grenades?
Yes

New guns?
Never
I'd also complain if they wasted so much time on that instead of the billion other more worthwhile things they could be doing. Like adding paints to your utilities...

There's very few guns left that couldn't just be added via some overclock.

*sigh*
Yeah i guess there is no hope for new guns
I'd really like to see some kind of an AutoShotgun on Gunner
Oh well
There in the future may be an overclock that turns Minigun into one

It's already on engineer, you could switch class...

Disagree, the last wave of new guns were fairly controversial because they were noticeably weaker than their respective counterpart.

this was mostly the case because the post-1.0 weapons were designed with overclocks in mind to carry them. a lot of them have significantly weaker base stats than their contemporaries (CWC, DRAK, LOK1, coilgun) because they're strongly reliant on overclocks to give them major functionality. with their mod trees alone, they often are a lot worse than pre-1.0 guns

this is also why overclocks for pre-1.0 weapons feel a lot more "generic". not only was the overclock system new but those guns were made before overclocks were introduced, so they're much stronger at base. lots of them are just boring statchecks, they aren't nearly as transformative as their newer counterparts

i do actually agree with your assertation, it's unfortunate that the post-1.0 guns are so weak at base. unfortunately, that's just how things are right now

It's true, though. Without OCs, you can really see the power difference between the other two options. The Coilgun has a lot of problems that many on this forum talked about, while the Hurricane lacks some QoL features and RoF. I personally enjoy them more than other weapons, because they're pretty different and fun.

I don't see why they haven't made any new overclocks. Making new weapons is a lot of effort, sure, but overclocks aren't that hard. Why not make more?
Sometimes they even completely change overclocks like how homebrew powder on burst pistol got turned into lead spray. Why didn't they make a new overclock instead of replacing an old one? Why are they so against new overclocks? It's weird.

Who cares about without OCs?

You'll prolly have OCs by the time you unlock them.

Also, people whine about the first set of guns having boring/weak OCs, so would you rather that lol?

You've forgotten what it's like to be new. You got all the overclocks for the first two sets of weapons before the third set were introduced, so when that happened you had a big pile of blank cores and could grab the new ones very quickly.
A new player doesn't have that. They might have a handful of OCs, but they're random so there's every chance they'll be for other weapons. Even if they do get one for the third set it might be one of the less useful ones like Armour Break for smart rifle or Backfeeding for coilgun. It can take months to get one of the good OCs that make those weapons useful.
