Copy/Paste Loadouts & Build Sharing

I'm not sure if this has been suggested before but it'd be great if we could create a build and then copy that to another loadout slot.

It'd be handy if you wanted to make a few smaller changes with similar modifications on certain weapons.
It's a bit tedious in it's current implementation so I don't create multiple loadouts too often.

Also build sharing directly in game would be really nice, instead of going to YouTube, reddit etc to find builds it'd be cool to have a place in game the community could share builds and possibly donwload/vote on them if you have all the prerequisites.

If it's too much work even the ability to see what mods/overclocks your team are running would be nice. It would allow us to see something fun we maybe wouldn't of considered ourselves.

Also if you're running a cryo build it's handy to know if someone is running anything with fire just by looking, it would allow for better team synergies.

The only issue with seeing what your teammates builds are is that there is a fair chance people will start kicking other people for nothing except using a "bad" build
