Right now shooting, burning, freezing, nothing effects them.
If objects stick into something that you cant even remove without running into it, that would be quite annoying.
If the developers were to introduce ways to interact with cobwebs so you can also destroy them, I would not mind this suggestion as it opens up more ways to interact with the environment and thus more immersion.
I just wish they hadn't messed up the visuals. At some point, they updated the cobwebs, and now they look weird when they burn; one piece doesn't visually ignite, and just winks out when the web is fully destroyed.
