Some sort of streak/sequential bonus?
I've been doing a lot of DRG with randoms lately (normally I play just with pals) and it became apparent to me that almost every time, the host will disband the group after one or two missions. Even if I host open missions, people tend to leave the moment they get back to the lobby after that one mission, even if I slam the next mission button for their assignment in a heartbeat.

Since DRG is about teamwork and all that, why not have something to facilitate keeping a group together for more than one mission? Say after your 2nd successful mission, you get a very small bonus to resources gathered or credits or XP (only one of them) that gets a little larger the longer you complete successful missions without failure or disbanding / leaving? Once you disband a group or leave a host's group (or the host disbands) you lose the bonus.

It would obviously need to be appealing to keep with the host, but it obviously shouldn't be too much. Obviously a host has no obligation to tell you they're finishing or they're about to disband nor should you feel like you MUST stay, but it would perhaps keep some motivation to stick with a group once you get back and not duck lobbies instantly. I've had games with pleasant folks who don't say a single word the whole game but we just have good synergy with our gameplay together or we know what we're doing and it feels very efficient and fun. Or the games where people chat idly in text and share thoughts and what they're up to lately! I can safely say a lot of my more memorable times with random players are the ones where we play more than one mission and get a little more social.
This bonus probably should apply only to games hosted publically, but I wouldn't know how to resolve the problem of 'what if i just want to play with my friends in private' or something. Maybe also apply/don't apply it to Deep Dives?

It was suggseted before but I still think it would be a good feature. People disband way to fast (and join seconds later for the next mission anyway).

I dont think the change alone would solve that but it WOULD courage it more to stay.
The only improvement i would do to current system is this:
Ability to seach and join other lobbies without going back to your own.

Host not responding after run? Use his terminal and join someone else or host your own run.

Simply less loading screens and lobby jumping.



People will disband anyway, bonus or not. RL calls, and you will have to forfeit that "bonus". Nobody will want to be punished by "no bonus" coz they had to attend something urgent. What you suggested is actually a bad thing.
