Not able to hack Antenna Nodes or Patrol Bots after Season 4.

This has happened a few times now so I figured I'd get this out there. Today, the team and I almost ran out of time with a Data Cell event because I could not left click at all. Outside of the hacking device, I'm able to shoot my weapon an interact with the environment with no problem. But once I get into hacking either a bot or antenna, the game seems to no longer register that i am left clicking at all. No sound effects either while I'm sitting there spam clicking to try and get a reaction out of my dwarf/game. Anyone know what the issue might be and has anyone else been experiencing this or am I the only one? Few more things I will add, this hasn't been an issue until after season 4 started. I have not messed with my settings/controls ever sense before season 1, and I do have mods installed, but they are all just cosmetic/audio mods that i have been running ever sense season 3 and i never had this issue back then.

Try verifying the game files integrity, and consider launching DRG in Safe Mode (note that it will disable any mod).

Thank you! I just verified the game files and no warnings/issues seemed to appear. I'll try running a mission and see if it worked. Hopefully I wont have to launch in safe mode.

Verifying the game files didn't seem to do anything. Would uninstalling and reinstalling the game help at all?

I can't tell for sure.

Had an Antenna event today, and I could hack them as usual.

Re-installing could be worth a try, though I do recommend to make a manual backup of your game files, just in case the steam cloud messes up ( there's also an in-game option to restore saves, by the way ).

Other than that, do you happen to have any mods installed?
I suppose that an outdated mod could potentially mess with the game in some way.
You could also launch DRG in Safe Mode, which should disable any mod.

I had this issue as well, the solution is really simple. Press E, on the panel it says press E to hack, I guess left click working was either a bug, or just un-intended. It works the same as left clicking.

Huh, interesting. So, what you're saying is that being able to left click it was a bug? That funny lol. Next time I come across an antenna/robot ill try it and see if it works.

I reinstalled and got my account back so were good there. Havent come across any antennas or bots yet so ill have to keep you updated. And i checked the mods and none of them were outdated. Some of them havent been updated to the current version of the game so i cant even have most of them back. Ill try Mavrockets suggestion first before i really take a dive into whether the mods are the problem.
