USA player keeps getting connected to Russian servers - no clue why

For some reason, DRG keeps connecting me to Russian servers. I can't find any US servers, no matter what search distance I set it to. I've tried everything. Reinstalled, checked updates, verified files, checked VPNs (tried a VPN set to USA and it didn't work). I even launched the game on a friend's PC through my account, and nope. It's still happening.

I don't know what to do anymore. My steam account is set to the United States. I moved to college a few months ago but I still connected to American servers until just a week ago. Submitted a bug report but I don't think I'm getting a response anytime soon. I genuinely don't know what to do. I wish I could play my favorite game, but I can't. I've never heard of anybody who's had this issue and I don't know how to fix it.
