B. Open up your case and make sure all your RAM is properly seated.
C. Are you using any mods?
Settings>System>Advanced System Settings>Performance>Advanced>Virtual Memory>Change
Make sure the box that says "Automatically manage paging file size" is checked.

Opening up each case, is different per computer, but it's typically just a few screws on the back; or some kind of tab you depress to slide the face off.
Your RAM sticks will be in a row together, and checking that they are seated properly is as easy as pushing gently on each one; to make sure it doesn't wiggle or feel loose.
I'd recommend watching some videos on it though, or getting help from someone more experienced; if you're not comfortable with it.
Rock and stone brother!
