Help finding forums for PS4/PS4 problem

I'm desperately trying to play this game on PS4 with my brother but we're absolutely not able to connect to each other and I don't know what to do. Are there literally any forums for the game other than the steam forums or any way to contact the developers? I can't seem to find any. I'll describe the issue here in case a developer sees it and can help, otherwise please point me to where I can contact them.
We're both playing the game from the same house off two different ps4's with active ps plus subscriptions. Every single time we try to join each other we get "connection lost, lost connection to the server" before loading in. We've tried it friends only and public as well as joining through the server browser both ways with no luck. Our router has a 2.4 and a 5.0 wifi network and we tried both of us on 2.4 and one on each and it still doesn't work. I was able to join another player's game so my internet is just fine. We regularly play all sorts of games together with 0 connection problems other than once or twice needing to be on different access points which didn't fix this problem. I don't know what else I can possibly try at this point, I'm just really tired of this.

If you go to the top of this forum to the pinned thread "HOW TO REPORT A BUG" that SHOULD have the instructions for opening a ticket through Ghost Ship's ticketing system. I believe when you open a ticket there (from what I remember the last time I did) it gave you the option to choose which platform. Used to be just Steam or Microsoft Win10/XBOX. Unless they've done something different since the Playstation launch it's probably just another option.

Ok I went through all this Jira nonsense and have verified my account. I've now been trying for the last 10 minutes to just ask about my problem/report my bug. Where do you do that at on Jira? I can see other people's reports but not make my own.

IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS CONNECTING TO GAMES: This is a fairly known but annoying bug for all PS games, you can try and fix it by turning your modem/router off then on again. I'll try the router thing, but I need to stress that this hardly ever causes a problem for us. Out of probably 20-30 co-op games on PS4 only overcooked 2 had connection problems and that was fixed by connecting to different wireless access points.
Any idea how I report the bug on Jira? I'm totally stuck on that part once I connected my Jira account to deep rock galactic.

Sorry to hear you haven't been able to play with your brother without issues. We're publishing a new update today, which will hopefully resolve some, if not all, of these cases. Will you please give it a try when the update is out and see if it's resolved on your end?
