Unreal Engine: D3D device being lost (Error: 0x0 - 'S_OK')

Game started crashing during the Normal Deep Dive in week Nov 7-14, then in EDD Nov 14-21, now crashes mid normal dive, I've looked at the frequent crashes and tried the solutions provided for the listed D3D device being lost, no positive changes.

Update: After some tests, I've been able to play a full mission (3 so far) without a crash, after changing my UI settings from several dynamics, to the default. If a developer could take a little time out of their busy schedule to see if this is UI related, then I can post a proper bug report.

Update 2: Loaded into a game, crashed while deciding which class to pick, unsure of the cause, same crash log. Additional crash while solo in space rig, after a mission.

Update 3: Not seeing a pattern, as I've crashed 30 seconds into the game, after joining an EDD lobby, and then crashed again late 2nd stage when I rejoined the group. Heat hasn't appeared to be a factor, nor the quality of video settings.

Update 4: @CSG Mark, the workarounds haven't helped, any other ideas?

The "residual files" is a little vague, would this include all saves? I'm not entirely familiar with how your file structure works, so should I perform a backup before deletion of all possible files? The other steps (1 & 2) hadn't solved the problem;

Step 3
Perform a clean uninstall of the game and delete all residual files and folders related to Deep Rock Galactic on your PC.
Step 4
Reinstall the game.

Also should I post the client crash report found in the game files?
