In order to do any real troubleshooting testers need to know what you are working with and whether or not you are actually up to date with Windows and everything else. For all we know the issue is caused by some out of date driver or because you are not up to date on Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, etc. In order to rule out every other possibility and really point it to the game as the issue... You gotta be up to date and you gotta post that info to help the devs get a clear picture of your issue so they can attempt to recreate it on a test machine using a setup similar to yours.
See my post to Solorvox.
Are you having the issue as well?

If you want to submit a proper bug report. It makes giving all that information the devs need significantly easier and puts it on the testers to do list.
More than likely though the issue has been reported and will probably be fixed when the new update drops.
To funny lol.
Every time I start up the game, despite having mic set to push-to-talk, my friends are able to constantly hear me as if I have an open mic until I turn the voice chat off and back on again in the menu, at which point normal push-to-talk functuionaity is restored.
Not having any indication as to whether there's a transmission going on or not doesn't help too. It's a big privacy issue as fas as I'm concerned. Who knows how many times I could've been broadcasting my voice to strangers without my knowledge or consent.
I agree. I can see when others are talking as there is an indicator for them but not when I, myself, am transmitting.
If they could add that same icon they use for others and put it next to our portrait to let us know we are transmitting, that would make a world of difference.
Eh... That's a bit of a stretch lol.
