what's a double warning mission?

in the seasons menu it says i need to do a double warning mission

Double warning missions are missions with two warnings (red mutators). You can find them easily by clicking the small arrow in the bottom left corner of the mission map screen and hovering over the goal. You can do that for any goal and it will highlight the regions that contain missions that will progress it.

Blood Sugar is an Anomaly type mutator and thus doesn't count towards the mission. It needs to specifically be a Warning (red icon).

Anything with a red icon is a “warning”, so that would include the two you mentioned.

Lethal Enemies and Swarmageddon is a fun combo. I've had Rival Presence with Lithophage Outbreak as well. That one happened to have a core stone so it was a real rogue's gallery of baddies in that cave. I even saw a point extraction with Haunted Cave and Low Oxygen and couldn't say "nope" to that fast enough. Stay safe down there, friends.

Double warning missions also have a unique blinking animation. No matter the map rotation, there will always be one available.
