Git gud.
Unlikely, considering they're a part of why they had to push everything back a fair bit.
They're on Rogue Core and will only make updates for the fixes and seasonal events for DRG until Rpgue Core is out for alpha testing.
Lets be honest here, after hundreds of hours a small update isn't really going to draw me or many others back into playing regularly anyway. Save it all for the one final major update.
I am kinda curious if rogue core and DRG even differentiate enough in the first place.
Sure there is less focus on traversal abd more on rogue like/lite whatever shooting but in its core (pun) it is another coop shooter.
Ultimately, the devs switched it to a standalone spinoff because it would have been way more effort to implement it as a gamemode while not breaking years-old code than starting from scratch.
The devs figured out the answer was "not possible".
