That's exactly what I think. These kinds of people don't actually like playing the game, they just like the dopamine they get when unlocking things, the medium that this happens in is unimportant.
Like, if the only enjoyment you get out of a game is ticking a checkbox, maybe you don't actually like the game and you should stop playing.

I love how this kind of threads keep appearing despite the devs continuously adding new ways to let people know how much time they have left to complete assignments, year after year.

So you played the game, got all the cosmetics and are having a cry because you missed a clearly timed event? Things were put in several places telling you you have limited time to complete it...

The game is awesome for the money, so much fun. You'll get the Mk6 armour in June like anyone else who failed to completed the timed event to unlock it early. It's butt ugly anyway...

Seems unecessary to make people wait until season 5 drops to add it to the store though.

They should have already added it to the store for sale, then nobody would be complaining or resort to cheating to unlock it.

Making people that missed the assignment wait for 3 whole months just to buy the armor seems silly when many people are going to stop playing way before season 5 even drops.

actual delusional ranting. nobody gonna stop playing because they couldn't get an armor piece that will come back very soon for everyone to enjoy.

And who said that? I said that not everyone keeps playing the same game for that long in general and that just means they will have one less armor set to unlock.

It just seems lazy to hold back and re-release the same armor 3 months later, 3 months isn't "very soon" by the way that's 1/4 year.
