Where do I find Morkite in the tutorial?

Where do I find Morkite in the tutorial? I found gold and a lot of other stuff, but this green / blueish stuff only appeared once.

I have 40/100.

Keep working your way down the tunnel and into the other room(s). Look for brown dirt to dig through, it says 'compressed dirt' if you hold Ctrl and aim your laser pointer at it.

And hold TAB for your map. Press space to orient yourself in the direction your holding the map.

In the tutorial and outside, there is always one room at the end of mining expeditions (lowest point in the cave usually) that should have more than enough morkite to finish the mission.

Keep working your way lower and you’ll find it.

Keep going straight til you reach the back of the cave. There's like 4 or 5 veins of Morkite there. That should be enough to complete the tutorial.

That's great to hear!

It took me 3 tries to finish the tutorial on my own a few years ago. I didn't understand how to read the map and, well, dug myself into a literal hole. Since I had no idea what I was doing, I ended up quitting the tutorial. It wasn't until I started playing with other people did I start learning useful tips and tricks on how to get "unstuck" after digging yourself in a hole.

Long story short, after finishing my first 15 hours of playing the game, I was able to finish the tutorial! Game doesn't explain a whole lot and it can be overwhelming at times. Just keep going and things will start to get easier

Wait till you see all the biomes the game has to offer and you will question that even more.
