It reminds me of the Stalhrim sets from Skyrim, with the ice like style.
Hopefully they've realized the insane potential pickax blades have now, and we can get stuff like... I dunno, a vertical "chainsaw-ax" tip, a Travis Touchdown-style light-saber ax, a slowly rotating drill tip... so many creative possibilities.
I like it.
I still prefer my custom built pickaxe
The child axe parts work great with some of the chasm borne cliffhanger (or whatever its called) to create a literal ice pick!
All my pickaxes go along with the set of my dwarves, even the end-of-mission taunts go with my dwarves too!
That sounds like a good idea if it is possible to do so.
