Trojan false positive with new update?

What anti-virus are you using? I'm scanning the game files with everything I have as we speak. It's either false positive. Or something like COD levels of security issue in going on in the game.

normal anti virus that comes with windows but this has never been a problem with drg up till 30 mins ago

honestly almost everytime when a game with a big company behind it comes up as a virus its ALWAYS not a virus, imagine the lawsuit against GSG and potential jailtime after half of its playerbase got trojans on their pcs from this game.

same here it thinks DRG is a virus, my windows anti-virus is making come up, only noticed it when i updated steam back to dutch

Well for the mean time I’m just having it sit uninstalled and, now there’s no virus so I guess I’ll just wait a while and see what happens

Norton Power Eraser, Kaspersky, Malwarebytes, Windows Security have found nothing.

I think hackers are now breaching people's pc. If you think I'm being troll or anything. Just search old school call of duty security issues. Those hackers could open NSFW stuff on people's pc. Not your average NSFW too, I think you get what I mean.

Those happen because those games are unsupported and no longer updated therefore the security system on their games are literal ancient artifacts compared to todays security systems in place in video games, still its not completely impossible.

Definitely your anti-virus software. Most of those softwares are just bloat that don't do anything useful. You don't need them, windows defender does a good enough job on its own. Really you just need to take care where you browse, and what files you download to your computer from websites that might be shady. If you just take precautions, you should never have any issues.

Windows defender is showing nothing, neither avira. Might just be your antivirus goofing around. I would be suprised if gsg would send you a virus, unless they got hacked themselfes

Let me tell you what I have encountered a week ago. I was playing gunner in a game. There was another gunner. He started throwing unlimited amount of shields.

He typed in chat that he could throw unlimited amount of shields. Probably acting up like its the game that glitched or something, but he was 100% cheating.

When I try it(remember I was a gunner too) I could throw unlimited amount of shields too. My only **** mistake was that I didn't record the game session. Whatever he did, it also applied to my game.

Some said its a new .exe hack, meaning it can also effect your game, give you stuff etc.

Well did a pc restart and another reinstall and it seems to have fixed its self
