I don't know, I literally got it in my first two days owning the game. I come from the Atari 2600 generation - half the games on 2nd gen consoles were simple timing based games. This was old hat for me.
The joke here being that Lord of War is usually the one helping out the people posting threads about needing help doing the barrel achievement.
That's urban legend, this guy doesn't exist.

Yeah, and everytime it happened, someone came in those threads to help those struggling. If only I remembered the name of that selfless hero...
