Can't equip DLC cosmetics

So i bought a couple of DLC cosmetics but i can't equip them. i get a red red exclamation mark, but it doesn't say why it won't work. this does only occur with the armor sets, rest works perfectly fine.

Red exclamation mark only means that the armour doesn't support sleeveless style. You should be able to just equip it normally, then go use the jukebox to go into third person to confirm that you're wearing it.

If you actually can't equip it, you should contact support about it.
