i was in a MINT lobby and a guy had a snake hat, i had never seen that hat before and i checked to see if i had some mod installed that could have changed something and no. so does anyone know what that snake hat was? it was not the chinese dragon one, but it looked similar, with the dwarf's head being visible, it also was red

There are mods to get access to all the assignements including ones that are not longer available and ones that arn't supposed to be available.
So i guess this guy who you met use this mod. It's happens before with dragon mask and werewolf mask. I think we get this snake mask on chinese new year
