Location of DLC in the file directory

As titled, I cannot figure out which files are DLC or where they are located. Apologies if this is a dumb query but I cannot make out how they format the files on steam. In the win 10 variant the directory is straight forward. They are all listed under the main game's folder.

I am looking because I would like to try and move the files to my steam directory, as I have my save, and continue from the xbox version with all my progress and purchased content. If this is not possible due to platform differences I understand. However I did transfer my save with all progress and unlockables so I am wanting to try for DLC as well. That being mega corp and dark future. Each of these I purchased full price on the xbox so I believe this would be okay morally.

I have the DLC items previously equipped so now on the steam version I have them as well after porting my save. I just cannot change them or they are not in my inventory without the DLC purchased obviously.

Pretty sure it’s not gonna work, you paid Microsoft for the DLC but doesn’t mean you can use it on steam

I Know that is how it typically works. I was just hoping I could mess with the files and maybe work my way around purchasing them twice. If the save was as simple as renaming it to the steam convention I was hoping the dlc might similarly work.

Every copy of the game has all the DLC files installed because you can always play with other people who may have bought them, even if you personally haven't.
Your issue isn't that your game is missing the files, it's that you're missing the licence to use the files. The only way to get around that is to buy them again. Or possibly find some way to pirate them, but I don't know if that's possible/how it'd work and I doubt I'd be allowed to tell you even if I did.

those "dlc files are located inside the main .PAK file. there is no way to restore or transfer your dlcs from microsoft to steam as those dlc parts are locked behind a licence that steam check if you own to unlock those cosmetics.

you best option is buying them agian and right now of writing summer sale is happening and almost all dlcs are quite cheap.
