Driller's sludge pump
I give up. I do not know how to mod the corrosive sludge pump and might as well say I do not know how to effectively use it.

Volatile impact mixture with subata's neuro-corrosive catalyst, takes a bit to kill a dread, everything higher, no.

Disperser compound with EPC fire shots, great for anything that is a regular glyphid.

Sludge blast, ran out of ammo

Hydrogen ion additive, ran out of ammo

Goo bomber special, ran out of ammo

Help me please for the love of god this is the one weapon I can't figure out how to make it work. I do either no damage or all of it for twelve seconds of a dive.

If you're running out of ammo, shoot it at the ground more than you shoot it at enemies.

Yeah the key is to shoot on the ground and let as many enemies cross the puddle as possible.

For Dreadnotes its sludge blast 12211. In team your value is in applying slow and shooting through invulnerable armor. Pair it with 23121 Colette and its 4 types of slow stacked. Direct hit, puddle, coletts densification and contagion. You slow - team wrecks. If team folters when armor is broken and damage must be poured in you step in puming big bug with blasts even when it looks at you.
Solo its same but all ammo is yours and 2 resups per cocoon + starting ammunition should be enough. All nitra is for you and you alone, make it count.

Toxic Grenade and 4 charges of stun C4 help to deal with small bugs. Horde clear is bad for Blast with Colette.

Against hordes Pump wont be sticky fuel Flamer so some runing around to make bugs blob together when solo is needed and in team lay out puddles and let mates do their part. They have ammo too you dont need to be everywhere.

Unlike most weapons, a vast majority of the Sludge Pump's potential comes from its DoT. You don't repeatedly hit enemies, you paint them with the DoT once, then wait for them to die. If there's a lot of enemies coming, use a charged shot to hit them all. If you're defending a position, then shoot the ground (preferably with a charged shot) to get everything that passes through.

it's an area denial tool, not a direct damage weapon. you're not supposed to use it like CRSPR or cryo
spam charge shots to cover the ground, maximise DoT value from single normal shots on HVTs. use T3A supersaturation before using T3B more goo canisters, it'll force you to learn how to be efficient with your shots
To be fair I do use sticky fuel for flamer, but I'll try that mindset- coalesce and let the puddles work
