See completed assignments?

Hey hey,

is there a way to see what assignments I've completed?

I just finished one that I started a long time ago for a helmet of sorts I think, and the pop up for completion came up right as I entered the perk upgrade screen which bugged out both screens and I didn't get to see what the assignment unlocked. I also can't seem to find any 'new' icons anywhere in wardrobe

No. Did you check the pickaxe terminal? A few of the assignments unlock pickaxe parts.
