I haven't tried ziplines if it will still spawn cages beneath you which could damage Dorry.
I've found the best strat is for Gunner to throw a shield over her when she gets to 60% ish health, and scout can dip in there to quickly fix her. But no one should be standing anywhere near her otherwise.
This is not a steep learning curve. Took me several attempts before I worked it out - by now, that phase is a non-issue. Flying rock phase is 5000x worse.
Still hurts for playing with randoms and is just wayyy too punishing to be honest
Some trial and error is fine in video games as in life.
The idea of the phase is to keep you on your feet, preventing players from camping on the dozer is good design
it still wouldnt hurt for a dwarf to say something like "Lets keep the traps off doretta!"
but seriously, git gud.
I literally am never affected by this, I just move off. Like, this never happens to me, it is just poor design. I'm not complaining about it saying its too hard or impossible to stop, it's just bad.
