Fastest way to find cargo crates and lost helmets?

If you're asking how to spawn them more often, there's no real way to do that beyond maybe playing more missions with more compressed cave layouts such as Point Extraction or On-Site Refining. Do a quick scan of the area and if you can't find them, quit the mission and try again.

If you're asking how to tell if a mission had spawned one, just keep your ears peeled. They make a very distinct beeping noise.

It's all RNG, so probably all you can do is just:
- Start a mission on haz 1.
- Explore the caves while ignoring enemies and objectives.
- If you find a crate/lost pack, great.
- I you don't, abandon the mission and start another with the same process.

Brushing. Would you advice brushing someone's beard when it's wet or dry?

I'm personally lean towards dry hair, because brushing wet hair damages it due to absorbed water, it gets heavy and roots are easier to pull out.

You can kinda force your way through Point Extraction missions (with length 3 i.e. 10 aquarqs) by playing on haz1 with a Scout who has the Special Powder OC on the boomstick. This gives you excellent mobility and you can check any given cave in 3-5 minutes easily. If you don't find anything, abort and retry ASAP. It's probably the most efficient way, but not very fun to most people.

i found all the loot creates and lost miner helmets in missions but i did notice aquarqs got a lot of "loot crates" most on those missions and "lost miner helmets" on morkite expeditions and pipeline missions and i did find the odd helmet in the new drillavator mission.

but to be fair i just played a lot until i find them all i got all season 5 rewards in less then a month of season 5 coming out .

just got to keep your eyes open dear and i mean that in the best way not as a insult . "R&S" i hope my info helps you sevie "For Karl!" .
