Really only 1 deep dive per week?
I just did me deep dive on scout and didn't get anything for scout again...
Can i really do only 1 deep dive with rewards per week or is it like 1 per class or anything else?

The only way to grind overclocks past the weekly limit (3x3 OCs from assignment, DD and EDD) is to promote.

There are 2 E/DD a week. The rewards can only be gotten once for all classes. Once you have completed it, you have gotten everything you can get from it.

You also get an extra core every time you hit a new forge mastery level.

Correct, which is why the weekly cores are actually 11 (the 9 from the DD/EDD/WHC + 2 from forging 5 others).

Why would anyone want to play the same DD over and over? I don't care what the reward is lol.

Didn't think it would be the exact map, etc. again, just same missions.
I just want not time gated progress... 148 oc's when you can get 3 maybe 4 per week, thats like 45 weeks of hoping you get the one you want. I now have 9 oc's and 0 of them are for the class i play most. ty Rng

Promotions will give you more OCs. Play the game and they will come.

i got 2 promotions in 60h and grinding for promotions only it still takes like 10h per. just for A CHANCE to get an oc i can actually use. yeah idk. seems like a bad system to me
Look for double exp missions to grind.

That's still an hours long grind doing repetitive things i don't want to do for once again, only a chance to get an oc i'll be able to use...
idk why you're trying to defend this

OCs are nice but not essential. Don't worry, you'll get the cool stuff eventually. No need to grind.

If you want you can list what you have so far for some tips how to make the most of your selection.

Change your PC time/date one week forward, grind more!

Yeah i'll guess i'll have to wait.
Thats kind of you, ty, but no need for that. I only got oc's for weapons i don't enjoy and don't plan to use, that's why i was so pissed tbh

i replayed a deep dive only once and honestly, knowing where everything is, and exactly what enemies are going to show up where, is kind of boring.

Strange how uninteresting it can be even.

DRG procedurally generated maps are imo really good at keeping things fresh.

But when you do happen to know precisely what is ahead, even how a tunnel is going to turn and affect the fight that you know is about to happen and how...
it feels far worse than replaying a tailored single player mission in an average fps game.
Much more repetitive.

Deep dives are not very enjoyable for repeating.

Thats true, after writing that post i also redid a deep dive and experienced exactly that.
Befor writing the post i thought maybe deep dives are always different map, enemies, etc and only the mission goal would stay the same but sadly no.
I'll just have to wait week after week and hope for the right oc's
