There is no such thing, there are no official bans in DRG.
Nope, the game is P2P, and uses Steams back end; the devs couldn't ban you from playing even if they wanted to. (Besides literally revoking your access to the game entirely.)
True.
Lobby bans are temporary though, and only last till the lobby get's closed and re-made.
Being blocked by someone will put you on their blacklist though.
If not, maybe your game needs to be updated. The game only matches you with people running the same version and there were a couple of updates on the 21st. If you didn't get those, that would explain it. Some people didn't get them at first.
If you happen to have the "legacy" version of DRG installed, that could explain it. It seems that GSG updates that separately and I don't know if they've updated that version yet.
Other than that, I'm not sure what to tell you. I just checked and saw missions in the server list, so everything looked fine here.
