Has GhostShip ever talked about adding a Emote System?

They don't even need to add new animations
the Victory Poses and Dances are all we really need
It's weird how they haven't even implemented a system in a game where it's main appeal is its personality
really the only reason I can think of why they didn't add one is because of the limited amount of buttons and binds Console Players got on their Controllers

There is a mod for that called "Shout Framework" if you want to use it - just be aware that you'll occasionally run into some players who will kick/ban you for using it.

It's understandable if you're being annoying and spamming the farts non-stop, but even besides that, some especially stuck-up players will still kick/ban you just for using the mod in general, even if you aren't spamming & farting.

I think I used shout framework once cause I needed it for another mod as I was messing with meme addons for a short bit, I only play with friends anyway and I am usually the party leader so I'm not worried about getting kicked

But Let's add in Emotes, as If this was Fortnite, Stardew Valley,
or Dummies Texting on Cell Phones

Bunch Of Damn Glitter-Wearing, Tinkle-Toed, Leaf-Lovers,
Probably the same kind of People who want Dances added In Mission,
or Cute Hats for their 'Pet' Bugs (No, I Shall NEVER call them by Name)

Though I don't usually kick anyone over it, I do hold my own contempt for it. My brain is wired to listen for and understand the voicelines and audio cues already in the game, so hearing them used in situations where they shouldn't occur does nothing but confuse me. If anything, it can be actively distracting in some cases.

I mean, if you really want to shout commands like that then just invest in a microphone.

Fun fact, my R&S key is the P key. Years of playing modded minecraft I binded all the unused commands to P. when I first got this game years ago Looking through the key binds I thought I would not be using solute haha. Just never changed it from P.

V has been the default key for ingame Voice chat for a very long time. Like couple decades long time.

Just because a bunch of soulless games added a emote system for greedy monetization doesn't mean I shouldn't be able to boogie on a scout's writhing corpse after I frisbee'd a brick of c4 into his skull
