weapon sway impact

can anyone tell me what difference i should experience when switching the weapon sway option under options->gameplay->accessibility from 100% to 0%?
i dont feel a difference at all. whats the intended effect?

It’s just there for if the gun moving a bit as an idle animation makes you sick

for me turning it off just feels no different.

It sets how much the gun moves as you walk and run.
