Mint tools consequences
Today I was trying to use Mint tool as a mod loader. And now I have no access to my mods, it says "Modding has been disabled by a launch option" and I don't have a clue how to solve this problem, because Mint manual says "If you want to go back to the integrated mod support again, you must uninstall the mods installed by mint. Then, launch the game normally". I did it and NOTHING happens. Help... (launch options are empty, reinstalling didn't helped)

Upd: "Uninstall mods" function helped

You have to do it that way, simply deleting the mods or removing them all one by one won't remove Mint's base DRG integration.

I just tested it myself and the default mod menu began working as expected immediately after uninstalling Mint's mods. If it's somehow not working for you and a reinstall also didn't work then you probably need to manually delete the mod folders outside of where the actual game is, however I don't know where they'd be on Windows, probably appdata or something.

Many mod managers just scramble the games file system (Or to be more accurate can fail to clean uninstall). Nuke the game files and reinstall when in doubt.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Well I'd need some more information. Did you follow the instructions on the Github page and add any mods to it?

Yeah, i've added two mods, the custom bulks, and modhub. I followed the instructions for the setup, and i'm getting a "deprecated" mod called Mods_P. It's registering as a sandbox mod, which is kind of annoying.

Well the whole Mods_P thing shouldn't be happening, that's odd behavior. I'd try peeking at the mod's files itself to see if it's actually a mod at all.

When you install mods does it properly disable the default mod integration in game or is it doing entirely nothing?

Did you ever find the solution to this? Currently going through the same mods_P issue but want to keep the mods downloaded.
