Making any dwarf sound during the mission

Not long ago I met some dude that could make absolutely any sound known to dwarf during the mission (he ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ farted every time he revived me). Is that some kind of hax or mod? I can't find it anywhere.

Found it it's called "Vocalizer" if you wanna try out spamming voicelines in L4D2 yourself.
