I quit Deep Rock Galactic quite a long time ago, and it's amazing that there are still 10,000 people playing it.
Or is this game, originally IP, back in popularity with the release of Deep Rock Galactic Survival?

Like many games DRG released and had a pretty significant explosion in popularity, before steadily decreasing as the trend moves on.
This happens to lots of games, (DDLC, Pizza Tower, etc) but doesn't necessarily mean it's dead.
It's just that the mainstream has moved on and the game now has a quieter, more dedicated community which is preferable in my opinion.
