CAN I RUN IT??

I have been looking to get this game but i was wondering if i can run it on my laptop, the specs are i5-5300u 2.3 ghz cpu, amd radeon r7 m260x graphics card, 16gb ram.

You can refund it so long as you played less than 2 hours and owned it for less than 2 weeks.

You can try it and refund it if it doesn't run well.

Make sure to use FSR 2.0 under upsacling options for better FPS. Set it to performance and not quality.

I've always played DRG for 5 Years on my So-So Laptop from 2014,
and DRG has always Run Great-

I usually just set my Graphics Options In-Game to mostly 'Low' and in the Past there was
some Minor Pixelation you would barely notice around the edges of things, and also most
of the time In-Mission it's Dark to Differing Degrees, so you don't notice- But more Recently, the Last Year or so, the Devs did some Subtle Optimalizations Graphically and the Space Rig, Equipment Terminals, In-Mission Game, Everything, Looks Very Improved yet I've still always been at my same 'Low' Graphic Settings, but Everything Looks Better and Smoother

If I'm still Running Good, you should be Fine as well

what are your laptop specs if I may ask, Just so i can get an idea of how mine will run

your processor is within minimum spec but your GPU is way behind. having said that, DRG is a much more processor-intensive game than a video-intensive one. i expect you'll get playable framerates but you'll need to lower your resolution a lot and likely put FSR onto the maximum performance settings. it'll make the game look like a blocky mess but DRG is already a low-poly game so that wont matter much

Go to a pawn store, or heck, good will and find an older desktop PC to run it.

The Store page has the requirements, and for a PC like that it will hardly cost anything, and you dont have to worry about it anymore.

The game runs at 20-40 fps @ 720p on a Celeron with an i-GPU using FSR, you chances are good.

And if that dont work install a particle reduction mod and you are gold. I can't stress this enough it is a game changer for some users.

I tested it on a Beelink B0B17LZ4GD for reference. That thing only has a N5095 pulling 15W total.

OK, but apologies in advance as I am Bad at Looking Up what my Computer Specs are-
So I'm just Listing what's on the 'Spec Sticker' that is on my Laptop (and is slowly peeling off)

AMD Quad-Core Processor E2-3800
AMD Radeon HD 8280
6 GB DDR3 L Memory
1000 GB HDD
802.11 b/g/n + BT (Wireless Adapter.... I Think)

and I have No Clue about my Graphics Card- It's Nividia, that much I know

So I'm guessing I have Crap Specs on my Older 2014 Laptop-
Many Players are seeing this and probably Surmise I don't even have a Potato Laptop,
It's probably Lower down the Scale Like a Turnip or Onion

There are Games that have run badly on my Laptop in the Past, so I stopped playing them-
It's why I've been holding off on getting Red Dead Revolver for Years- I want a Good Computer to make sure that Looks and runs well- But DRG has always run well with my Old Laptop,
with the exception that way back Years ago when I first started, I found I had to put the Graphics on 'Low' not the 'Ultra' and 'High' Settings the Game Defaults with

I could probably be OK with some Graphics on the 'Medium' Settings, but I'm Older, 51, and was used to how Graphics were in the 80's and 90's so 'Low' Graphics with slight Pixelization at the edges still Looks 'Great' to me as even a 10+ Year PC Game will Look 'Better' than most of the Games I Played Historically in the Past- I grew up with Older, 'Bad Looking' Games by today's standards, not Like younger Players in their 20's that are used to Better Graphics
on Games and HD TVs, Monitors, and such- My Brain self-adjusts and I can appreciate
a 'Bad' Looking Game by today's standards, which still seems 'Pretty Good' based on
my Historical Memory and Experience with Older Games of the Past

So DRG Runs Well and Looks good to Me, but that's where my Perspective is
with how Games Look and Run
