Honestly the only nitpicks I have is that I would put A and B together since those are all overclocks that can work very well, however my other nitpick is that I would put combat mobility in C since its more of a quality of life oc with an important nerf that make it not really any better than the other thunderhead oc.

i think overclocks in A stand out significantly from overclocks in B (i.e: fat damage leadstorm or insane crowd clear burning hell compared to decent damage ALMO and decent crowd clear frag missiles). combat mobility is heavily slept on with the near instant max rate of fire and accuracy. smaller movement penalty is also pretty great when you consider that autocannon just isn't all that good at keeping you or your team safe, even with t5 fear, so being able to get out of sticky situations more easily without needing to stop firing is a massive bonus for autocannon specifically.
Burning hell is the meta OC for gunner, it's stronger then Neurotoxin.
Why? Because Volatile Bullets exists.
Chibbity™ endorses this list.

kind of. it's the best at setting stuff on fire, but it's not the only option. hot bullets, aggressive venting, napalm rockets, and your teammates exist, and napalm can even be put on minelayer. i would put it higher but it's stun capabilities are limited by having to aim at the thing you want to stun, something that bullet hell doesn't have to worry about. neurotoxin is contender for best overclock in the game. it's only real downside is that it doesn't synergise well with most other builds, but it carries entire missions by itself so to that extent it's not really that big of an issue.

Wanna bet Arrgggghh :).
Worst tier list I've ever seen :PrisonerDeadpan:
The fact that Exhaust Vectoring is put in B while CFM is stuck in D is a tragedy of modern society.

Personally I think they both belong in C.

more damage for minor accuracy penalty >>> being given excessive ammo and then not being able to spend it fast
I actually hate the minelayer system because i hate the gunner, by far the worst dwarf, he sucks.

You can use burning hell with hot bullets too to make it even better.
Also the cone of fire from burning hell has better aoe then neurotoxin.
The dps from the toxin is just not that high, yes the bugs will die and with the fear option they might even run away, but this is not always the case and they end up bitting you or another teammate.
WIth burning hell they die in seconds and you can literally run into a horde and melt them all like driller with flamethrower and heat radiance can.

And than this: putting napalm on minelayer is bad and it shows that you have no idea what you are talking about. Minelayer loses alot of damage from napalm, I tested it, it's simply not worth it since the nerf, meanwhile the minigun gets fire basically for free.

It's no contest:
Burning hell and Leadstorm OC are the best for Gunner.

They both come out to be so similar statistically that the only thing that differentiates them is how you use them, plus you can just build your secondary around either's weakness just fine but...meh.

True, most of the time higher DPS is better than higher total damage, but it still hinges on what targets your gun wants to be killing.
