Bought Dawn of the DLC Dawn of the Dread Pack, but not all items from it were given

Bought Dawn of the Dread Pack at a discount. Why not?!
After logging into the game and found that only armor, helmet and colors were given. Didn't get the brosko, pickaxe and weapon. What to do?

shouldnt have to find it thru the crates. It should be in his inventory already.

reboot the game and see if they load in.

Looked at the DLC, and its really misleading. The BOSCO pictured I dont have, but it says paint jobs, but it could be the guns pop out when he shoots too.

The Bosco paintjob is just the green camo style colours as shown in the picture.
