I honestly thought the MX series was dead.
Sorry may bad "FSR".
Its built into the game and allows real time AI up scaling. It lets you run the game at a lower res with better frames. You just got to turn it on.
Additionally, check "verified" and "self-verified" mods in Modding tab that focus on removing particles, unnecessary animations and so on - they do not count as full-scale modding for everything that matters, and improve client-side performance by a significant margin.

So i guess, no, it won't work well.
