Step 2: Install the game.
Step 3: Profit.
If you had the game on steam you could also just verify your files. But you you would need to actually own the game for that.
The first thing I'd always check ist whether your OS is compatible. DRG officially only supports Windows 7 and upwards, so if you're using Linux or MacOS, you'll need a compatibility layer of some sort (not sure of the specifics myself). Next, try verifying the files. If Steam has that feature, I'm sure Live has something similar. If that doesn't help, do a clean install. Wipe everything DRG-related from your drive, your registry etc., and then reinstall.
If that doesn't fix it, I'm honestly not sure what to do except for contacting the support and asking them for further pointers.
On the other hand, if you're trying to trick us into troubleshooting your pirated copy, you could try turning off your PC, going outside for a bit and reassessing your priorities in life. If you still wanna play DRG afterwards, just buy the damn thing instead of risking viruses and such for a gutted singleplayer experience.
I'm aware, but I'm just not giving him the benefit of the doubt lol.
Well, I do. Even against better judgement, if I don't stand to lose anything. If I'm right, I might be able to check off my good deed for the day. On the other hand, if they're actually trying to run an illegal copy, I at least made them waste their time reading through my wall of text for a solution.
No.
