Space Dwarves, but what about the other races?
What are Space Elves, Orcs, Humans doing out there in space as a job?

Many races are referenced in various voice lines.

Such as Mud Golems, Trolls, Goblins and Elves, mentioned in many friendly fire lines, or the Leaf Lover's Special drink implying not only that elves exist, but that they're likely part of Management, as well.

Things are kept vague, though.

As an associate for the dwarven leagues, I can answer this with my non biased credentials
(I am 5'4ft)

The Dwarves are the Blue collar workers doing all the manual labour, Ie digging, mining, responsible for manufacturing goods, weapons in this universe.

Humans are the bend over backwards white collar workers, doing all the admin work and logistics, the brown nosing middle men that dont mind expending dwarven lives to meet a quota back in the colonies and often send reps to disolve any seditious behaviours (the dwarves are trying to unionize) and also manage their finances. I might also add the guy in mission control suspiciously looks like a human

The elves are the pampered, tree hugging weirdo isolations living in luxury and adorning the jewels the dwarves risk their lives for. If that aint enough, on good sources I also heard they're the ones who voted for leaf lovers to end up on the menu..... Never trust an Elf......

Luv me pickaxe, luv my teammates, luv mining, luv me oily oaf.
ate bugs, ate mission control, ate leaf lover ate elves (not racist, just too tall and hairless)

According to game lore, the Dwarves are also the ones DRG sends in when all other means fail; kinda like a company equivalent of a Swat team.
I don't believe anything in the game exists. DRG clearly has indestructible robots that can do everything the dwarves can, but better. There is ample evidence that the dwarves are clones. Sending separate drop pods for insertion and extraction makes no sense. Giving the dwarves a timer for extraction makes no sense. This is all clearly either a science experiment testing the "dwarves", or some kind of cross between the Truman show and something like running man or the hunger games.
They're out there loving leafs...
They're all dead.

Including the Dwarves.

Intergalactic civilization collapsed centuries ago, and now only the Space Rig exists, quietly churning out clones in the darkness at the fringe of the universe, sent to fight and die on a hostile world for no reason, to mine minerals that no one needs; for an empire that no longer exists.

It says only the dwarves are brave or stupid enough to venture into this region because of their nature.

I'd like to think that back on home planet, the dwarves kingdom are the richest from selling raw materials mined from hoxxes.

Elves are too coward to mine themselves so they probably expertise in weapons manufacturing or robotics. Which makes me suspect the rivals are a competing elven company but the care taker look too alien for that.

Humans as always are treacherous scum, they probably run the biggest banks, investment and insurance companies.
I could make a joke about jews, but instead I'll just mention that I could make a joke about germans...

I agree humans would be some of the best candidates for diplomatic nations with strong economies. Though I don't see how that would make humans into scum... That award would unironically more likely go to the elves... elves definately feels waaay too high and mighty...

If there's one positive thing I can say about furries, is that they get ♥♥♥♥ done and put a lot of effort in their stuff.
