Now you're just trying to lie dude.
Not having a bunch of nonsense shoved into a game just because isn't "political", it's simply choosing to not try to shove in a bunch of stuff that might not fit in with the game, or at best having that stuff be incredible superficial and just there to be like "Look at us! We're inclusive!"
Because like it or not, people can be neutral about things, and that can also happen with devs and such as well if they choose not to force in a bunch of stuff that does NOTHING for the game in the end.
And this was his comment dude.
No mention of Baldur's Gate 3, just the assumption that such things sell well,
And even then, Baldur's Gate 3 did not try to push the whole trans or whatever stuff like a lot of companies have, so there's kind of a difference.
Just like how that newest Final Fantasy game had a gay prince or whatever in it, but they actually put effort into making him an actual character rather than just be all "I'm gay! That's my main character trait!"
Because I just got a notification for a comment, but there's not one here now.
That is pretty hilarious.
Sorry for confusing the comment that mentioned specific video games with the one that didn't I guess?
Meanwhile if you go to the BG3 forum right now there are several people mostly trolling complaining about that same sort of "woke" stuff anyways.
Your first mistake was using a gaming forum. ;)
Somewhat recent shows like "The Howl House" comes to mind, or films like the recent "Barbie", that took the joke so literally they made a film about it. The animation film "Elemental" as well. And in games, let's not forget the Sims series that, although not the first, are one of the first major IP to include same-sex relationships in a natural way (and by accident as well).
Inclusivity is good, but you have too many crappy writers that don't know how to make interesting characters, so they just paste inclusivity on top to attract people.
But saying that making more inclusive media is pushing an agenda, is basically saying that having a straight couple in a James Bond movie is pushing the "Straight agenda". You see how dumb that sounds? That's how you sound right now.
As for DRG, there's inclusivity, with your dwarf personalisation and the various skin tone for example. Or the fact that MC is always being a green screen, making it without a specific skin tone, letting people assume for themselves. Bet you didn't think about those?
The game doesn't have an abundance of it, cause that's not what it aims to be. It's not a reflecting of human society, it's a silly dwarf game, and the devs treated it as such, by playing into the floklore around dwarves, and the stereotypes around them.
You have other game that take advantage of inclusivity to create more diverse environment, and other that don't cause there's no reason to do so. So as a footnote, don't mistake crappy writing with "inclusivity bad", cause that just shows your own lack of critical analysis.
Real and true.

free beer for everyone
I stayed out of this one. Sick and tired of him using me and a couple of others as an excuse all the time.
Unfolded like everyone knew it would.
Now we need to ask that this, and his other posts be locked to keep this out of the DRG forums, and get back to being a community that helps, even if its sarcastic help.
