Need more information.

What do you mean, transfer? To another account, or to another computer?

You don't own the game on Steam, so I'm assuming you want to transfer your Xbox or PS save over to Steam?

Going to have to contact STEAM for that.

I'm guessing the answer will be no.

You can probably just copy your save to a Google drive or a flash drive and plop it back into your saves folder. This is all an uneducated guess.

You literally can drag and drop them from folder to folder. The only thing you need to do is to rename em and make a backup just in case.

Yes.
Copy your save file into your Steam folder here:
D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Deep Rock Galactic\FSD\Saved\SaveGames

You might want to purchase DRG here on Steam first, play a mission and then quit. This will create saves files. So then head to the location I posted, and copy/rename older saves into these three:
longnumber_Player.sav
longnumber_Backup_0
longnumber_Player_ExternalBackup_3.sav

There's save menu in options now, in case you're wondering why this nonsense doesn't work
