Nishanka 12111 with Cryo bolt.
And boomerang.
Can freeze, shock, stun, lure and ignite (or at least temp shock). Looks like joke mix and was planned as one originally but its surprisingly strong and ammo efficient against waves, can crush anything big that can be frozen side from dreads off course and croud controll of freeze, Venting fear and Pheromone bolt is incredible. Stun sweeper can paralyze flock of Macteras too.
Boomstick with Special Powder, only because I heavily dislike the other two secondaries.
Yes, Kestrel will get an aneurysm reading this.
Good chunk of my "go-to's":
222XX AI Stability GK (G-ish, can flex)
22213 BoM GK (G-ish, can flex)
2112X Supercooling Chamber M1K (ST)
23223 Hipster M1K (ST, but one mod change can make it G)
211X2 Overtuned/Shield Booster DRAK (G-ish)
2112X Impact Deflection DRAK (G)
11313 Shaped Shells/Special Powder Boomstick (G)
13232 Embedded detonators Zhukovs (ST)
13211 Cryo Minelets Zhukovs (G)
X11X3 Bodkin points Nishanka (G)
X211X Cryo Bolt Nishanka (G)
Grenade is usually IFG, because IFG is nasty. Stops enemies, offers electric synergies, offers big damage bonus to single targets- even targets who'd usually be immune like dreads.
Cryo is heavily overrated IMO. I almost never use it. You are the class with the highest single target in the game. If you want the damage bonus just shoot the enemy in the weak point. You'd have to for the biggest targets anyways. If you want it to stop the horde then just use IFG. It's just as good at it with some forethought and there's more of them.
Pheremones is pheremones. Probably not great but it's not bad.
Boomerang is good to actually kill swarmers or stop spread out crowds if your generalist weapon is particularly enh. It has a place in some builds, but I wouldn't bring it every time.

(Self explanatory I hope.)
-Veteran Depositor
(Also self explanatory, I would hope.)
-Sweet Tooth
(Gotta go fast! Also, Scout has the easiest time grabbing Red Sugar.)
Perks (Active)
-Field Medic
(Scout has the best mobility to reach anyone who is down, and to kite bugs to make space for a rez; if he's the last alive.)
-Beast Master
(Scout seems the most "hunter-ish" to me I guess? So lore reasons.)
Flare Gun specced for max ammo.
(I find more/weaker flares is typically better than less/better ones. Teams tend to move fast on higher difficulties.)
Grappling Hook specced for max range/overcharged winch/faster cooldown.
(You'll never catch this spoodlerman!)

GK2 32112 ER + Boltshark 22112 Trifork + Phero
Always some good general coverage, but the occasional overlap or weak spot.
I do try to avoid having multiple builds that are too similar to each other, simply because I want to play more things, so for cryo or elec synergies I try to optimize for the best pairings rather than only building one or the other (only one Hipster blowthrough, only one Trifork, etc.).
ER is basically the only overclock that has any reason to exist besides AISE on the GK2 (please nerf that overtuned garbage it's so busted) and there's a lot you can do with ER that can't be done with any other scout primary. blind-fire into a crowd, hit reload, and any grunt that gets shocked dies. you really don't have to aim all that much since 1 bullet, even on an armour hit, guarantees a kill thanks to the DoT. the only other competitor is DRAK T4A, but that's a projectile weapon and the mod is chance-based. ER is much more reliable and extremely efficient, despite its ammo penalty. it's like NTP autocannon, except not stupidly overpowered
naturally a primary which shocks enemies is gonna be excellent with boltshark's magnetic shafts, and the logical extension there is trifork volley. it's not the most consistent overclock in the world, it seems to not register weakspot hits sometimes for some reason (possibly due to the homing), but when it works it absolutely annihilates HVTs. it's like jumbo shells boomstick, but at unlimited range, it's so good dude
the only downside with this build is that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid resistance to piercing damage that praetorians and oppressors have, WHY does this exist it's so infuriating, why would you give the two most common HVTs in the game a resistance to what is supposed to be an HVT killing weapon
