The only downside of this OC is that it eat too much ammo.
For single target damage you MUST use your sideweapon. Highly recommended to set a strong single target sidearm with Bullet Hell Minigun.
also it's fun.
You can still use blowthrough with it by the way. It behaves oddly but it still works. And you probably should because you really need the extra hit to make up for your lower damage.
Go Stun, become living zapperrang with kamikaze finisher moves.
Its issue on haz5 is the stun duration reduction time being the real damage to the gun, no longer hold the line broken as haz3-4 with this CC alone, its gimped to a free action cancel vs any stunnable cluster or clearing swarmers and chaff.
It's lacklustre damage can lead to an overwhelm, but aggressive venting just counteracts it. By the time the bugs get to you again after all the interrupts or a shield, it should be ready to blow again, the bugs can burn.
Its for a helicopter gunner to gain advantage over projectile throwers and gain a different blowthrough due to the angles they are exposed to.
On the floor its a face melter that denies the ability to for foes fight back consistently for more then a second or two.
I feel bad for people who can't/won't use interesting builds.
Must be boring? : P
It's like hyper prop. Hyper prop was always fun, but it wasn't all that good at first. But then it got buffed and the game got a little better. Except they also lowered its ammo which I'm still slightly upset about.
I only really run it sometimes as a meme when I'm doing hazard 1 speedruns to get stupid promotion assignments out of the way
I don't think the two are mutually exclusive though.
Is it "the best?" No.
Is it "good enough?" Yeah.
Sure, it wouldn't hurt my feelings if they buffed it slightly; so long as it doesn't become the new FOTM.
I wish they would rework exhaust vectoring into something actually interesting.
I wish they made the lead storm OC actually cooler and have real trade offs (and a different, less confusing name)
I like a little more oomph quite a bit. I just wish it did +2 damage instead of +1
Its great against macterra, swarmers, and jellyfish.
Stun reduction on higher hazards? :P
How do people keep making things like this up, where there is an actual up to date wiki and thousands of videos online.
