It's the only one i got and i definitely recommend it, especially for the worker outfits with a different arm tattoo for each class.

Honestly one of my favorite DLCs, I think I use the armor on both my primary Engineer and Gunner builds - it goes great with lots of paintjobs, and the exposed arm really makes your skin color choice pop (Golden arm looks sick)

As of last update we now have sleeveless versions of most armors, including all base ones + Scale Brigade.

We can't tell you that. Look at what's in the dlc and make your own choice. Besides preferences vary from person to person. Just because most people like the dlc, doesn't mean it will apeal to you. A lot of people like the megacorp dlc, I don't I really don't like it. Same with the milspek ♥♥♥♥ from s3 I do like the pox frameworks tho. So yea...
