This creates no fun zones for flyers as well, without having to take triple split line at T5.3
T1.1 - T2.3 - T3.1 - T4.2 - T5.2
I usually go BAXBB (I can't remember what I take in the third slot, but both upgrades there suck so it doesn't matter), but that's with the green overclock that extends lifetime. Without that it might be too short so maybe you should switch the magsize upgrade to lifetime instead. Or maybe you won't mind. Try it and find out, I guess. If the shot disappears too quickly to be acceptable then switch, if you think it's fine then keep magsize. Being able to fire six shots quickly and do ridiculous damage is fun.
They said "OC" as in "Over Clock", i.e. people giving builds that require an OC even though OP specifically said they don't have any
Personally i would run something like 2-1-1-1-2 like someone else said before, but if you want full builds i recommend visiting karl dot gg, it's a website where people share their loadouts and you can create your own too.
My general recommendation when trying to come up with builds for guns is, try a build, see where you lacked mostly with it, and then change it up to try to overcome that weakness; ie. if you run out of ammo too quickly for your taste, slap some extra ammo for it, or if you find it lacking against armored enemies, get some armor break.
Didnt read it properly since i see a bit blurry, should have read it a few times over instead of post right away.
Rofl says who?
T1, you can pick either, but mag size is spammier and you typically don't use BC at long range very often.
T2, the weapon just does so much damage that I don't think it needs more. Width is usually not an issue either.
T3, having the beam ready immediately is a huge plus when enemies are in your face. Reload time is kinda meh, especially when Born Ready and reload canceling exist.
T4, your choice. Stun generally considered better. Armour Break has very few practical purposes, maybe only good for Twins on Elimination or for stripping super-armoured enemies (Stingtails, Shellbacks, Brundles).
T5, Triple Split Line doesn't increase damage but does increase coverage and is good for airborne enemies and weird angles; also very good against rockpox enemies as you can guarantee hitting most/all blisters in one shot (in addition to BC's damage). Plasma Trail is also generally very good as it adds an AoE DOT without much thinking, excellent against swarmers. Explosive Goodbye is just a hipster Plasma Trail with more clicking, I personally don't think it's very good since it limits spammability.

Breach Cutter basic info:
- BC does purely elemental damage: 50% electric and 50% fire.
- BC does some additional amount of fire damage when it first hits an enemy.
- BC does a tiny slow. (I didn't know that.)

OC overview/opinions:
- Light Weight Cases - Super popular. It's 3 ammo on a weapon that is already pretty good at base.
- Roll Control - Meme. Don't bother, IMO. Some weirdo probably has proficiency with it, however.
- Stronger Plasma Current - Not as popular as LWC because the weapon's base damage is already in a good spot.
- Return to Sender - This effectively doubles damage per shot, but you get less ammo. Really only useful against large enemies.
- High Voltage Crossover - Pretty good if you want slightly more damage per shot while being able to kite better. You get a DOT that has CC slow attached.
- Spinning Death - Defensive meme that actually works. Combine with Stun to hold enemies in one spot to die. Think Scout's IFG grenade, but it kills things. Has weird/more build variety due to how it works.
- Inferno - Converts most of the electric damage to fire, this conversion lets Inferno deal more damage to quite a few enemies. It has a special burn DOT that does lots of damage and heats enemies up and the normal beam also heats enemies up, which means Inferno is good against robots. Less armour break (nobody cares, lol). Good offensive alternative to High Voltage Crossover (only comparison because of additional DOT damage is what I care about).

Section where I shill a LazyMaybe video about Breach Cutter mechanics here. Surprisingly, he doesn't have one.
