NVIDIA REFLEX not working? I also have a problem with sensitivity in this game.

Hi, I just got this game and I can't seem to get NVIDIA Reflex to work. I enabled it and it refuses to cap the frame rate below my monitor's refresh rate. It works completely fine in games like Destiny 2 and Fortnite so it is not my PC.

I also seem to have an issue with sensitivity where the vertical sensitivity is much slower compared to the horizontal sensitivity. I am playing on an ultrawide monitor (21:9) but I don't have this issue in other games that also support ultrawide resolution.

Possibly not supported? I wish I could help more, but I know little to nothing about NVIDIA REFLEX
