make the ingame mugs as merch
I would buy a replica of the mugs (not plastic though), maybe even get some beer from danish brewery to couple with the mugs.

did a bit of googling and it seems to vary from 30 to 90 euros so since the drg mugs have quite a bit of detail in them id say 90 euros is a good price obviously depends on how many they make what material etc which may decrease or increase cost.

The initial cost is gonna be high.
And you've got to secure a whole bunch of orders at the start to justify the production run. That's not really guaranteed unless you do a kickstarter like they did for the board game.

While I think it would be neat if they went for it, the size and thickness of the ceramics on the mugs would make them really heavy (unless you make them coffee cup sized, but who wants that?)

For 30 to 90 euros, you're not gonna get high quality stuff, and don't expect to drink in it.

good joke. You can get stuff for that price that is quite high quality, you just need someone who doesn't want to make 500%+ profit

i was thinking they would be metal for glyphid slammer and leaf lover since that's what they appear to be and wood for oily oaf.

They probably be way more expensive if they were glass or some other stronger material.
And these ones aren’t exactly cheap either.
