That's great, cause a medic would be overpowered no matter what you did.

Their have been mentions of female dwarves, but those mentions all include something along the lines of "We want to do it but it is complicated".

Makes sense for a game that already has years of new cosmetics and dialogue that would need to be retraced, and still growing. Not unfeasible but a lot of work that would detract from the development from already planned projects.

I like to imagine instead that male and female dwarves are so similar that humans can't tell the difference.
